What are the benefits of outsourcing bookkeeping?

What are your fees?
The initial consultation, during which we gain a better understanding of your business and needs, is free. We then review your transactions over the previous 6 months. Finally, we put together a written proposal outlining the services we will provide and what it will cost.  

What if I change my mind and decide to cancel your service?
You can cancel your service at any time, provided you have paid all outstanding fees. 

How do I get in touch with you?
We are available during regular business hours via phone and email. 

How do I send you my documents (bills, bank statements, etc.)?
You can fax them to 818-781-9835, you can send them to us on a regular basis, or you can have them picked up by someone in our office. We will work this out together when you first start using our services. 

Does S3 Financial Management take the place of my CPA?
No. We are not licensed CPAs and do not wish to replace your accountant. However, we will work closely with your accountant as necessary to make sure we are providing them with the information they need to file your taxes as efficiently and inexpensively as possible.
